Appointment Policies 🤍 I want every appointment to feel relaxed, professional and enjoyable for both of us, so please take a moment to read through the following policies before booking ✨ ⸻ Deposits All appointments require a booking fee/deposit to secure your slot. Deposits are non-refundable and will be deducted from the final appointment total. Without a deposit, appointments are not secured. ⸻ Cancellations & Rescheduling Please allow at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in losing your deposit or a new deposit being required for future bookings. I completely understand emergencies happen — communication is always appreciated 🤍 ⸻ Late Arrivals Please try to arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to have their appointment shortened, rescheduled or cancelled depending on the remaining time available. This helps keep appointments running smoothly for all clients throughout the day ✨ ⸻ Attending Your Appointment For insurance, safety and space reasons, please attend appointments alone unless arranged beforehand. Children and extra guests cannot usually be accommodated during appointments. ⸻ Patch Testing & Allergies Patch tests are recommended for first-time lash extension clients or anyone with allergies, sensitivities or previous reactions. By booking without a patch test, clients accept responsibility for any potential allergic reactions. If you experience irritation, discomfort or swelling after treatment, please contact me as soon as possible. ⸻ Lash Infills Infills must have at least 40–50% of lash extensions remaining to be classed as an infill appointment. Anything less may require a full set appointment. Infills on another lash artist’s work may need to be removed and replaced depending on the condition of the lashes. ⸻ Preparing For Your Appointment Please arrive with clean lashes and minimal eye makeup where possible. Avoid: * mascara * eyeliner * oily products around the eyes Clean lashes = better retention ✨ ⸻ Refund Policy Due to the time, products and custom nature of lash treatments, refunds are not offered once the service has been completed. However, if you experience any issues with your lashes, please contact me within 48 hours and I’ll always do my best to help 🤍 ⸻ Results & Retention Lash retention varies from person to person depending on: * aftercare * natural lash cycle * lifestyle * makeup/skincare products Following aftercare advice is essential for the best retention and lash health. A lot of my regulars have outstanding retention. 👏 ⸻ Respectful Environment Any rude, aggressive or inappropriate behaviour will result in appointments being cancelled and future bookings refused.
