please arrive to your appointment on time, you will receive 10 minutes grace however any longer and a £5 fee will be added to your total. if you’re more than 15 minutes late to your appointment then i will have to cancel as i can’t cut into other customers time due to your lateness. when putting in your card details, you agree to 100% of the appointment being charged to the card used upon booking if you no show, cancel under 24 hours or are more than 15 minutes late. During christmas time, i may run 5 or so minutes over which isnt included in your grace time so please dont worry. IMPORTANT: please leave enough time to find a parking space on sturdee avenue as it does get busy (especially on Tuesdays and Saturdays as the local football club play), my drive is not for use of clients. OUT OF HOURS BOOKINGS! before 9:30am +£5 for infill, +£10 full set or +£10 for lvl and brow lam after 6:30pm +£5 for infill, +£10 for full set or £5 per service (lvl, brows etc) bank holidays/sundays £10 per service/appointment if you’re unwell i will have to cancel your appointment as i’m not putting myself at risk of getting ill, or other people in my household. as long as you give 48hrs notice you can reschedule free of charge, however if you give less than 48hrs notice my cancellation policy will be enforced. you must arrive with at least 50% of your lashes for it to be an infill, if not it will be charged as a full set. please book a lash removal if needed, i do not infill other tech’s work. there is a 50% fee to cancel under 48 hours notice. 100% fee will be charged for no shows. I strictly offer no refunds under any circumstances.i encourage everyone to look at their lashes whilst in the beauty room. if any problems arise within 48 hours of the service, please let me know and i will assess the situation. £15 non-refundable deposit is payed per appointment and the rest of your appointment balance should be payed on the day either by cash, card or bank transfer.
