Deposits & payment A $15 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment and must be sent at the time of booking. Without a deposit, your appointment will not be confirmed. Final payment can be paid on the day of your appointment using Cash, Zelle, or Cash App. Cancellation & late fee A 10 minute grace period is allowed for all appointments. Arriving after 10 minutes late will result in a $10 fee. Arriving more than 20 minutes late may require your appointment to be rescheduled. Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Fills All Fill-ins must be booked within 2 to 3 weeks of your set. Anything after 3 weeks is considered a full set — no exceptions. No extra guest. Only the client being serviced that day is allowed to the appointment. No friends, family members, children, etc. Additional: - Please avoid wearing mascara to your appointment - Contact lenses should be removed prior to your service - Preferably, do not wear buns, slicked back hairstyles, or anything that may interfere when when getting your lashes done. - Avoid using oil based skincare makeup around the eyes before your appointment *Please note I do have two dogs in my home. If you have allergies or concerns, please let me know ahead of your appointment time so arrangements can be made. Availability is limited on weekdays. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday: 7:30 PM (One appointment per day). Thursday: 1:30 PM – 7:30 PM Appointment location details will be provided on the day of your scheduled appointment.
