Deposit will go towards your remaining balance, which can be sent via cashapp: $lashedcoco or Apple pay to my phone number. • Remaining balance must be paid in CASH, CARD, or ZELLE. Please arrive to your appointment at your appointment time unless discussed otherwise prior to appointment. • Being 10-15 minutes late will result in a $10 late fee. Being over 15 mins late will result in your appointment being cancelled. • In need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so 24 hours prior to your appointment time. *SAME DAY APPOINTMENTS ARE ACCEPTED with a $30 fee! *Eyelash extensions are a LUXURIOUS & TIMLEY service, so please be aware of the time it takes before booking. • Please come to your appointment with clean lashes, (no glue/mascara) failure to do so will result in a extra $10 fee for a lash bath. • All fills comes with lash bath if needed 🧼 • No EXTRA guest(unless discussed) • Address will be sent the day before your appointment in your reminder message ✨ If you see extreme shedding please reach out in 24 to 72 hrs or you will have to book a fill!
