✩ All New clients are REQUIRED to book in a free patch test at least 24 hours before booking appointments

 ✩ A £10  Non Refundable Deposit is required when booking your appointment (your appointment will not be secure if payment is incomplete) 

✩ Please ensure you give 24 hr notice if you’d like to rearrange an appointment. Failure to do so will result in your deposit to be lost and you will be required to pay a new deposit fee 

✩ Last minute Cancellations (within 24 hrs of app time) will require 50% of service cost

✩ No shows will be charged FULL amount of service cost. If payment is incomplete, you will be unable to book in again
