Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before start time. Deposits are non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show. However, if you reschedule your appointment using the link provided, your deposit will be automatically transferred to your future booking. LADIES L OUR HAIR Policy Policy Agreement and Guidelines Prior to your scheduled appointment, it is important to familiarise yourself our policies. AVAILABILITY AND BOOKING All our Availability for appointments is on our booking site. Please be advised that to keep things fair amongst our clients, we do not reserve dates for future bookings ,unless you have paid your deposit and confirm date & time. NOTICE Please note, our services are catered to both men and women with all textured/type hair. DEPOSITS AND PAYMENT To secure your appointment, we require non-refundable deposit of 50% of the overall style cost is mandatory. The remaining balance will be taken on the day of the appointment, and we accept both cash and card payments. Deposits will only be refunded if LLH is found at fault. In the event of appointment cancellations, deposits can be transferred to a rescheduled appointment within the next three months, excluding cancellations within the 48-hour window. LATENESS AND CANCELLATIONS We will advise you to plan your journey properly to avoid lateness. After 30 minutes, style modifications or potential cancellations may be necessary, with the overall remaining cost on the day remaining the same. Clients wishing to cancel or reschedule are required to do so at least 48 hours before their appointment time, failure to adhere to this policy will result in a 50% fee of the remaining cost charged to the card used for the deposit. ON THE DAY OF YOUR APPOINTMENT Please note that modifications to your originally booked style within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment are not permissible. In exceptional cases where we grant approval for such changes, please anticipate being charged the full price of your initial style, as our preparations would have been specifically tailored for that arrangement. For braiding appointments, we request that your hair be free of products. If you are unsure on how to blow dry your hair, we offer it as an additional service. Product-free means abstaining from any hair products, including conditioner, light oil, and gel. Your adherence to these guidelines ensures the optimal outcome of your styling. Clients with extreme scalp sensitivity are advised to consult with us before booking, and we recommend allowing natural hair to breathe for a minimum of 1 week before getting braids. ALLERGIES AND CONDITIONS While we are fully insured, we cannot be held responsible for any issues that arise if you have not provided us with accurate and complete information regarding your allergies, hair, or scalp conditions. REFUNDS To be eligible for a refund, customers must report any issues within 72 hours of service completion.
