By booking an appointment with Konfident Culture LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following terms and policies: Client Information & Consent * All new clients are required to complete all consent and consultation forms before services begin. * Clients agree to provide accurate and truthful information regarding their health history, allergies, medications, skin conditions, and any other information that may affect their service. * All personal information provided will remain private and confidential. Appointment Preparation * Clients are expected to arrive with clean skin, lashes, and/or brows, depending on the scheduled service. * To ensure the best results and service quality, appointment lengths may vary. Lash full sets may take approximately 3–4 hours, and fills/refills may take up to 2 hours. Deposits & Payments * A non-refundable deposit is required to secure an appointment. * Deposits will be applied toward the total cost of the service. * Accepted payment methods include card payments, Venmo, and approved Buy Now, Pay Later options. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy * A minimum of 12 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling requests. * Cancellations made with less than 12 hours’ notice will incur a fee equal to 30% of the scheduled service cost. * No-show appointments will incur a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service cost. * Clients arriving 15–20 minutes late must contact Konfident Culture LLC. Accommodations may be made depending on the schedule. * Clients arriving 30 minutes or more late may be required to cancel and reschedule their appointment. Illness Policy * If you are feeling ill or experiencing symptoms of a contagious illness, please contact Konfident Culture LLC before your appointment to reschedule. This helps maintain a safe and healthy environment for all clients. Refund & Adjustment Policy * Due to the time, products, and services provided, refunds are not offered. * Any concerns regarding a service must be communicated within 3 days of the appointment. * Konfident Culture LLC will review concerns and determine if an adjustment is appropriate. * Concerns reported after the 3-day period may be subject to additional service fees. Results Disclaimer * Results vary from person to person. Factors including anatomy, skin type, hair growth patterns, lifestyle, aftercare, and natural features may affect the final outcome of any service. * No specific results or retention periods can be guaranteed. Guest Policy * No additional guests are permitted unless prior approval has been given. Agreement By scheduling, booking, or receiving services from Konfident Culture LLC, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to abide by all policies, terms, conditions, and fees outlined above. Failure to comply with these policies may result in refusal of service, appointment cancellation, or future booking restrictions.
