GRACE PERIOD: I have a 15 minute grace period. This means if you are 15 minutes late to your appointment, I will have to cancel your appointment, and will not be able to service you that day. You may rebook for a later date. If this continues for 3 appointments, I will no longer be able to service you. 

3 STRIKE CANCELLATION POLICY: 
1st cancellation offense: This is strike one. If this is your first time canceling an appointment with me (within 24 hours), You may keep any and all future appointments/still book future appointments. 

2nd cancellation offense: This is strike two. If this is your second time canceling an appointment with me (within 24 hours), I will delete any and all future appointments you may have. You may still book future appointments, but you will need to contact me personally to book. 

3rd cancellation offense: This is strike three. If this is your third time canceling an appointment (within 24 hours), I will cancel any and all future appointments you have made, and you will no longer be serviced by me. 

NO CALL NO SHOW POLICY: 
No Call No Shows will NOT be tolerated. On your first offense of NCNS, I will cancel any and all future appointments you have. You will have one more chance to book with me. If you NCNS two times, consecutively or not, I will cancel any and all future appointments, and will no longer service you.
