Some information you need to know before your appointment

$30 Booking fee! A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. This will be deducted from total cost. A confirmation text and instructions to pay, will be sent via text, once appointment has been accepted.

All appointment changes or cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
	•	Cancellations or changes made within 48 hours of the appointment will result in loss of deposit.
	•	No-shows or cancellations within 48 hours will be charged 50% of the appointment fee.
	•	Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance will not incur an additional fee; however, the deposit is non-refundable.
	•	Any new appointment booked after a cancellation will require a new deposit.

Please arrive to your appointment alone.

When selecting a infill, Please insure you have a minimum of 40% of lash extensions remaining, less than 40% remaining will be charged as a full set.

Please come to your appointment on time, if you are running more than 10 minutes late your appointment will be cancelled
