By booking with Kay_thenaildealer, you agree to these Policies & Terms. Bookings are confirmed at the time of booking. Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 72 hours before the appointment. Deposits are non-refundable/Transferable Repairs/fix are free within first 3 days, after a fee will be charged. Come with clean, bare nails unless a soak-off was booked. Tardiness: a grace period of 10 mins, after 10 mins a $15 fee will be charged. A reasonable grace period may be offered where possible, but late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or rescheduling at the business’s discretion. Payment is due at the time of service and accepted payment methods may vary. Clients must provide and disclose relevant allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to their appointment. Clients should arrive alone unless prior arrangements have been made with the business. No refunds are issued once a service has been completed. The business’s liability is limited to the value of the service provided to the extent permitted by applicable law, and specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
