When booking, please select the correct service (e.g., designs or soak-off) to ensure that I have enough time for your appointment.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment. Failure to do so will result in a non refundable charge of $25 to compensate for loss time.

If an emergency occurs, please contact me via Instagram or phone number as soon as possible.

Failure to give proper notice twice in a row will result in a permanent ban from booking with me. 

Late Arrivals
If you are 15 minutes late or more, your appointment may be cancelled and
rescheduled.

Being late two consecutive times will also result in a permanent ban from booking.

Repairs
If you experience lifting or a nail breaking within 7 days of your appointment, Merci Nails offers free repairs. This does not apply to damage caused by misuse—remember, nails are not tools! 

Right to Refuse Service
I reserve the right to refuse service for any reason, including signs of hostility, inappropriate behavior, or damaged nail plates that could compromise your nail health. My goal is to provide safe, respectful, and healthy nail care for every client.
