Reservations are confirmed at the time of booking. We require a deposit of $20.0 at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

Customers may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before the appointment; cancellations made after this period are subject to the applicable deposit policy or fees. Deposits are refundable as long as the cancellation is made within the allowed period.

A reasonable grace period may be offered when possible, but late arrivals may result in an abbreviated appointment or rescheduling at the discretion of the business. Payment is due at the time of service and accepted payment methods may vary; platform fees may apply. Clients must report and declare allergies, sensitivities or relevant medical conditions before their appointment. Customers must come alone unless prior arrangements have been made with the business.

No refunds are issued once the service has been completed. Business liability is limited to the value of the service provided to the extent permitted by applicable law, and specific results cannot be guaranteed. Personal and reservation information is collected only to provide the service and is not shared with third parties except when necessary to process payments or by law. We hope to see you.
