♥︎ A $30 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. No deposit= No appointment. ♥︎ Cancellations & No-Shows: If you cancel last minute, a nonrefundable deposit will be required in order to book again. • Last minute/ same day cancellation (NO SHOWS ) will result in a $30 fee if failed to pay you will not be able to book again. ♥︎ Rescheduling: You may reschedule one time with no penalty if done 24 hours before your appointment start time via your booking confirmation link. Your deposit will automatically transfer to the new appointment. If less than 24 hours notice forfeit the deposit. ♥︎ Late Policy: Grace period is 10 minutes. Arrivals after 10 minutes incur a $15 late fee AND may result in reduced service time may need to be cancelled or rescheduled a new appointment with deposit forfeited. ♥︎ Feeling Sick?
