By booking with PreciousMomentsLLC, you agree to the following rental terms and conditions. A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to confirm all bookings, with the remaining balance due [timeframe—e.g., 24 hours before delivery or upon setup]. Reservations are first-come, first-served, and dates are not secured until the deposit and signed agreement are received. Payments may made by approved electronic transfer methods. Cancellations made at least seven days before the event may apply their deposit as a credit toward a future booking within six months; cancellations within seven days will forfeit the deposit. Weather-related cancellations due to high winds (15+ mph), heavy rain, or lightning may be rescheduled without penalty if determined unsafe prior to delivery; however, once setup has begun, no refunds will be issued for weather interruptions. Delivery and setup are included and the renter must provide a clear, level area free of debris, pet waste, and obstacles, as well as ensure an adult (18+) is present during delivery. Adult supervision is required at all times during inflatable use, and renters must follow all safety rules, including no shoes, food, drinks, pets, flips, or sharp objects inside the units. The renter is responsible for any damages, excessive cleaning needs, or replacement costs resulting from misuse or neglect. PreciousMomentsLLC assumes no liability for injuries, accidents, or property damage arising from the use of rental equipment; by booking, the renter agrees to hold harmless and indemnify the company, its employees, and agents from all claims. The renter must ensure access to power for inflatables, keep water sources turned off, and avoid moving equipment after setup. By completing a booking, the renter acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions of this policy.
