Please take a moment to review the following policies. By proceeding with a booking, you are confirming your agreement. Thank you for your understanding. Children To maintain a safe, calm, and professional environment, children may only attend if supervised by another adult. Insurance does not cover unsupervised children in the treatment area. For training course days, children are not permitted. Deposits No deposit is required at the time of booking. However, if you fail to attend your appointment or cancel with less than 72 hours’ notice, a charge of 50% of the treatment cost will be applied. If this payment cannot be successfully processed when required, you will unfortunately not be permitted to make future bookings. For all training courses, a non-refundable and non-transferable deposit of £100 is required to secure your place. Once your booking has been made, I will contact you to arrange payment of the deposit. Rescheduling Appointments may be rescheduled with a minimum of 72 hours’ notice without any charge. If less than 72 hours’ notice is given, the late cancellation policy will apply and a fee of 50% of the treatment cost will be charged. Training courses cannot be rescheduled, so please ensure you are fully available for the selected date and time before booking. Payment The remaining balance for appointments is due on the day of your treatment. Card payments incur an additional fee. Bank transfers are not accepted. For training courses, Pay Later options must be selected at the time of booking. If not chosen, the remaining balance is payable on the day by cash or card, with a card fee applicable. Patch Tests Patch tests are strongly recommended 24 to 48 hours prior to treatment for lash glue, lift products, tint, and brow wax, and must be renewed every 6 months. It is the client’s responsibility to arrange this. By proceeding without a patch test, you accept full responsibility for any reaction. I cannot be held liable for reactions occurring during or after patch testing or treatment. For training courses, models must also have a patch test prior to the course date. Liability cannot be accepted if this is declined. Lash Fixes Any concerns with your lashes must be reported within 24 hours of your appointment. After this time, adjustments will require a new booking. Your satisfaction is important, so please contact me promptly if needed. Puppy in Training Roxy, my miniature dachshund puppy, is occasionally present during treatments as part of her training. She is clean and gentle. If you would prefer a puppy-free appointment or have allergies, please let me know in advance. She will not be present during training courses. Thank you for taking the time to read.
