✨ LASHXCHELSEY LLC – POLICIES & TERMS ✨ By booking an appointment with LashXChelsey LLC, you acknowledge and agree to all policies listed below. ⸻ BOOKING REQUIREMENTS (ALL CLIENTS) To secure and keep your appointment, the following MUST be completed: • Required deposit (if applicable) • All intake forms completed • Agreement to all policies • Appointment confirmation when contacted Failure to complete ANY of the above will result in: • Automatic cancellation within 24 hours of the appointment • A $50 cancellation fee charged to the card on file This applies regardless of intent to attend. Appointments are not guaranteed without confirmation and completed forms. Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact information. Failure to receive confirmations due to incorrect details does not exempt you from this policy. ⸻ DEPOSITS & REBOOKING CLIENTS Deposits are required for: • ALL new clients • New services • Luxury / higher-ticket services • Multiple services booked together For my regular girls booking: • Lash fills • Monthly facials • Brows or body waxing You can choose to book without a deposit. However — if you choose not to leave a deposit, any cancellation (regardless of timeframe) will result in a cancellation fee. Why I do it this way: I book up quickly, and I know you all like to stay on a consistent schedule (once or twice a month). I don’t want to make you pay for your current appointment and another deposit at the same time just to secure your next visit. This gives you flexibility — while still protecting my time. If a deposit is paid: • It can transfer to a rescheduled appointment (within a reasonable timeframe) • If rescheduled too far out, the deposit becomes non-refundable and will not apply ⸻ CANCELLATIONS, NO-SHOWS & LATE ARRIVALS • 24+ hours notice required to cancel or reschedule • Less than 24 hours = 100% service fee • No-shows = 100% service fee • 10+ minutes late may require rescheduling and will be charged as a late cancellation Repeated no-shows or cancellations may result in denied future bookings. All cancellation fees are non-refundable. ⸻ SERVICE CHANGES • All service changes must be made at least 24 hours in advance • Same-day removals will still be charged as originally booked • Same-day additions are subject to availability ⸻ PAYMENTS & REFUNDS • Remaining balance is due at time of service • Cash ONLY (deposit excluded) • No refunds on services • Concerns must be reported within 48 hours Chargebacks will result in permanent booking denial. STUDIO POLICIES • No extra guests, children, or pets • Only clients receiving services are allowed in treatment areas ⸻ PHOTOS & SOCIAL MEDIA • Before/after photos may be taken for documentation and marketing • Used respectfully for business purposes only ⸻ RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE LashXChelsey LLC reserves the right to refuse service due to health, safety, or policy violations.
