Beauty Salon Client Policy 1. APPOINTMENTS - Booking: Appointments can be made by phone, online, or in person. Please provide accurate contact information. - Confirmation: All appointments must be confirmed 24 hours prior to the service via text or link. - Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have to reschedule or receive a shortened service. 2. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING - Notice Period: We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to accommodate other clients. - Late Cancellations/No-Shows: Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will result in a charge of 25% of the scheduled service. - Emergencies: We understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible if an issue arises. 3. PAYMENTS & FEES - Accepted Methods: We accept cash, major credit/debit cards, Zelle, Venmo, CashApp, Apple Cash. - Deposits: Some services may require a deposit to secure your appointment. - Refund Policy: Refunds are not offered on services. If you are dissatisfied, we offer complimentary adjustments within 7 days of your appointment. 4. SERVICES GUARANTEES - Satisfaction: Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are unhappy with your service, please notify us before leaving or within 48 hours to discuss solutions. - Health & Safety: We strictly follow hygiene protocols. Please inform your stylist of any allergies or sensitivities prior to your service. 5. CHILDREN & GUESTS - Children: Children under 12 must be supervised by an adult at all times. We request that you do not bring children to your appointment unless they are receiving a service. - Guests: Due to limited space, we kindly ask that only clients receiving services attend the appointment. 6. PERSONAL BELONGINGS - Responsibility: We are not responsible for any lost or damaged personal items during your visit. Please keep valuables with you at all times. 7. GIFT CARDS - Gift Cards: Gift cards are available for purchase and are non-refundable. - Expiration: Gift cards and packages expire one year from the date of purchase unless otherwise noted. 8. CLIENT BEHAVIOUR - Respect: We maintain a professional, relaxing environment and expect clients to treat staff and other clients with respect. - Termination of Service: We reserve the right to refuse service if a client exhibits inappropriate behavior or does not follow salon policies. 9. COVID-19/HEALTH PRECAUTIONS -Masks: Masks may be required based on local health guidelines. Please bring a mask with you, or one will be provided. -Health Screening: If you feel unwell or have been exposed to a contagious illness, please reschedule your appointment. 10. SPECIAL OFFERS & PROMOTIONS -Discounts: Promotions and discounts cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated. -Seasonal Offers: Please inquire about seasonal specials, which may have specific terms and conditions.
