Hijama Care Center (Cupping Therapy)

1. Scope of Services Hijama (Cupping Therapy) is provided as a complementary and alternative wellness service. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease and does not substitute professional medical care, diagnosis, or treatment. 2. Client Eligibility 2.1 Services are available only to clients 18 years of age or older. 2.2 Minors may receive therapy only with written consent of a parent or legal guardian. 2.3 Clients must disclose accurate and complete medical history, including but not limited to pregnancy, anemia, bleeding disorders, diabetes, skin conditions, or recent surgeries. 2.4 The practitioner reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services if the therapy is deemed unsafe for the client. 3. Informed Consent By booking or undergoing Hijama therapy, the client confirms that: They understand the nature of the therapy They voluntarily consent to the procedure They acknowledge potential temporary side effects They release the practitioner and business from liability arising from undisclosed medical conditions 4. Appointments 4.1 All services are provided by prior appointment only, unless stated otherwise. 4.2 Late arrival beyond 10 minutes may result in cancellation or reduced session time without refund. 4.3 Appointment timings are subject to availability. 5. Cancellation & Refund Policy 5.1 Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 6–12 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. 5.2 Failure to cancel within the stipulated time or non-attendance may result in full or partial charges. 5.3 Advance payments are non-refundable but may be adjusted once for rescheduling at management discretion. 6. Fees & Payments 6.1 Fees must be paid before or immediately after the therapy session. 6.2 Accepted payment modes include cash, UPI, and online transfers. 6.3 Packages, offers, and discounts are non-transferable, non-refundable, and subject to validity periods. 7. Hygiene & Safety Standards 7.1 The business follows strict hygiene and safety protocols. 7.2 Disposable and sterilized equipment is used for every client. 7.3 Clients agree to comply with all safety instructions provided by the practitioner. 8. Post-Therapy Care 8.1 Clients must adhere to post-Hijama care instructions provided verbally or in writing. 8.2 The business shall not be held responsible for adverse effects resulting from failure to follow after-care guidelines. 9. Risks & Side Effects 9.1 Temporary effects such as mild pain, redness, bruising, dizziness, or fatigue may occur and are considered normal. 9.2 The business is not liable for individual body reactions or outcomes. 10. Confidentiality & Data Protection 10.1 All client personal and medical information is treated as confidential. 10.2 Client data shall not be shared with third parties except as required by law. 10.3 Photographs or recordings will only be taken with explicit written consent. 11. Practitioner Discretion The practitioner has full authority to determine: Therapy type (dry/wet cupping) - Number of cups - Placement points - Session duration based on professional judgment and client safety. 12. Non-Discrimination Policy Services are provided without discrimination based on religion, gender, caste, nationality, or background. 13. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, the business and its practitioners shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of services. 14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of local courts. 15. Acceptance of Terms By booking an appointment or availing services, the client confirms acceptance of all terms and conditions stated herein.
