Appointment Policy Your appointment time is reserved just for you. As a small business, last-minute changes impact both our schedule and other clients waiting for openings. Please take a moment to review our policy before booking: Cancellations & Reschedules We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. • Cancelling or rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service cost. • After three consecutive rescheduled appointments, you may be removed from our booking list. No-Shows Clients who miss their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total. Multiple no-shows may result in a required deposit or limited booking privileges. Card on File A valid card is required to book all appointments. Your card will only be charged in accordance with this policy.
