APPOINTMENT BOOKING POLICIES Thank you for choosing Goldiva Aesthetic Spa. Our goal is to provide you with a seamless, relaxing, and premium experience. Kindly read through our policies carefully before proceeding with your booking. BOOKINGS AND DEPOSIT • A N20,000 deposit is required for general services. • 70% of the total cost is required for customized services. • No time slot will be reserved without a deposit. • If you are unsure of your availability, please indicate “Open Appointment” in the notes section or inform our representative during booking. HOLDING PERIOD • Reservations are valid for 3 months. • If unclaimed within this period and a refund is requested, 70% of the deposit will be charged for general services. • Any service rebooked after this period will be charged at the current rate. • Services unclaimed after 365 days are non-refundable. OUT-SERVICE APPOINTMENTS • For services outside our facility, 100% payment is required before booking is processed. BOOKING CHANGES, TRANSFERS AND SWAP • Transfers must be communicated at least 6 hours before the appointment to avoid charges. • General services may be swapped for services of equal value at no extra cost. • Customized services are not transferable or swappable, as they are prepared specifically for you. ARRIVAL TIME • Please arrive 15 minutes early to get settled. • All appointments are scheduled in time slots, and late arrivals may affect subsequent bookings. LATENESS POLICY • When you book an appointment, that time slot is reserved exclusively for you. • First 10 minutes of lateness: No charge • 11–29 minutes: N3,000 • 30–45 minutes: N5,000 MISSED APPOINTMENT GUIDELINES • 15 minutes late for a 30-minute session • 30 minutes late for sessions under 60 minutes • 1 hour late for all services These will be considered missed appointments, and rescheduling charges will apply. PLEASE NOTE: • Our services are highly time-sensitive, and punctuality helps us serve all clients efficiently. RESCHEDULING AND MISSED APPOINTMENTS • Kindly reschedule at least 6 hours before your appointment time. • Rescheduling less than 6 hours before: N2,000 • Rescheduling a missed appointment: N9,000 CANCELLATION AND NO SHOWS • Cancellation of general services before appointment time attracts a N5,000 fee. In the following situations: Cancellation during service time: • General services: 50% (N10,000) of deposit charged • Customized services: 70% of deposit charged No notice / no response: • General services: 70% (N14,000) of deposit charged • Customized services: 100% of deposit charged You may choose to reschedule to preserve your deposit.
