Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time without penalty. Cancellations or rescheduling made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a late cancellation fee of up to 100% of the service cost. In the event of a no-show without prior communication, clients will be charged 100% of the booked service cost and will not be permitted to rebook until the outstanding balance is paid in full. By booking an appointment, clients agree to these terms and acknowledge that timely communication is essential to ensure fair scheduling practices. Golden Hive Esthetics reserves the right to modify these policies at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Please consult with me about additional guests and/or children, as space is limited. At Golden Hive Esthetics, I am dedicated to providing a safe, respectful, and high-quality experience for all clients. To maintain these standards, I reserve the right to refuse or reschedule any service under the following circumstances: - If a client has not followed the proper pre-service or post-service instructions provided. - If a client refuses to complete the required intake form or liability waiver prior to service. - If a client refuses to put a card on file at the time of booking - If the condition of the service area is beyond the scope of practice of a Washington State Licensed Esthetician. - If a client exhibits unprofessional, disrespectful, or unsafe behavior toward myself or other clients. - If a client has a history of frequent late cancellations or no-shows. These policies ensure the safety, well-being, and satisfaction of both clients and myself. Should a service be refused or rescheduled, I will communicate promptly to discuss next steps and alternative options. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
