Elder Cottage Clinic may cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment if needed and will notify you as soon as reasonably possible. Please arrive on time; arriving late may shorten your service or require rescheduling. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so within 72 hours; late cancellations and no-shows incur the full fee.
