Deposits & Payments • A non-refundable deposit of $20 is required to book your appointment. The deposit will go toward your final balance. • Remaining balances are due the day of service. • Accepted payment methods: cash, debit/credit cards, or approved mobile payments. Cancellations & Rescheduling • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. • Same-day cancellations or no-shows will result in a forfeited deposit and may require an additional fee to rebook. Hair Preparation • Please arrive with your hair clean, product-free, and detangled, unless you’ve booked a wash service. • Every install comes with hair curled or straightened for free, any other style may cost a small additional fee. Blowout comes with every service, Hair washing can be added for an extra fee. Services • I specialize in wig installs, sew-ins, quick weaves, ponytails, and $20 custom styling. • Please confirm your service type when booking to ensure enough time is scheduled. Refunds & Adjustments • All services are non-refundable. • If you are unhappy with your style, please let me know before leaving so adjustments can be made. Guests & Children • To keep the space comfortable, please do not bring extra guests unless they are receiving a service. • Children must be accompanied by an adult.
