Deposits are non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show. However, if you RESCHEDULE your appointment 48 hours before your prior scheduled appointment, the deposit will transfer to that appointment - Anytime after the 48 hours will be charged a $20 fee & you will need to send another deposit. LATE TO APPOINTMENT : I only allow a 10 minute grace period - after the 10 minutes is up your appointment is canceled and you will be charged a cancellation fee. NO SHOW TO APPOINTMENT : no call no show will be charged 50% of your appointment. LASH APPOINTMENT : • Please arrive with no make up! • If you wear contacts please remove them prior to appointment. • Please reschedule if you are feeling sick- I am working super close to your face. • NO CHILDREN. you will have your eyes closed for 1-3 hours. • NO foreign fills.
