If you reschedule your appointment using the provided link, your deposit will be automatically transferred to your new booking. Only one rescheduling is permitted; any further changes will result in cancellation of your appointment. Cancellations or no-shows incur a charge of 100% of the service fee. Arriving more than 15 minutes late will result in automatic cancellation of your appointment. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these terms.
