As a high school student and young entrepreneur, I started BarkClean with the goal of creating something positive for myself, staying focused, and building a better future. By scheduling service with BarkClean Pet Waste Removal, you agree to the following terms and policies. 1. Service Agreement BarkClean provides pet waste removal services for residential and commercial properties. Service frequency may include one-time, weekly, bi-weekly, or custom service plans. 2. Initial Cleanup Properties with excessive pet waste buildup may require an Initial Cleanup Fee before regular service begins. The fee will be discussed and approved before service is performed. 3. Access to Property Customers are responsible for ensuring BarkClean has safe access to the service area during scheduled visits. Locked gates, blocked entrances, or aggressive animals may prevent service from being completed. 4. Pet Safety For the safety of our team and your pets: * Aggressive dogs must be secured before service. * BarkClean is not responsible for pets that escape due to faulty gates, fences, or customer negligence. * Customers should notify BarkClean of any pets with behavioral concerns. 5. Weather Policy Services may be delayed, rescheduled, or canceled due to severe weather conditions, including: * Heavy rain * Thunderstorms * Snowstorms * Flooding * Unsafe yard conditions If service is missed due to weather, we will make every effort to reschedule as soon as possible. 6. Payment Policy * Payment is due on the day of service unless other arrangements have been made. * Accepted payment methods may include cash, Cash App, Venmo, or other approved payment methods. * Late payments may result in service suspension until the balance is paid. 7. Pricing Prices are based on factors including: * Number of dogs * Yard condition * Service frequency * Property size * Travel distance 8. Waste Disposal Pet waste will be bagged and disposed of in the customer’s designated waste container unless otherwise agreed upon. 9. Satisfaction Guarantee Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with a service, please contact BarkClean within 24 hours of your visit, and we will work to resolve the issue.
