♥️ Booking an appoinment means you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms below. Please read in full so we may have a great relationship!♥️ --- 💫 No Show Policy: Failure to show up without communicating will result in being blocked and unable to book again. Please reach out if you cannot make it to your appointment. --- 💫 Cancel/Reschedule Policy: Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before start time without consequence. Less than 24 hours notice will be considered a last-minute cancellation. ❗️ First offense: Warning (I get it—life happens) ❗️❗️ Second offense: 50% of the booked services must be paid before you can rebook. See below for payment options. ❌️ Third offense: No longer able to book. Overuse of last-minute cancellations will result in being blocked. --- 💫 Late Policy: Let me know if you are running late. My schedule is typically booked back-to-back, so we may need to cut your appointment short, but I may still be able to fit you in. If you are more than 10 minutes late without notice, your appointment is automatically canceled and marked as a No Show. --- 💫 Minimum Art Charge: If you book nail art, you will be charged the minimum amount for the time booked. Please let me know in advance if you change your mind and decide not to get art to avoid unwanted charges. --- 💫 Tattoo Clients: A $50 deposit is required to secure your permanent makeup (PMU) procedure date & time. Your appointment request will not be approved until a deposit is made. The deposit will go toward your service. See below for payment options. Canceling or rescheduling less than 48 hours before your PMU appointment will result in the loss of your deposit. No additional guests may be in the room during the procedure. --- 💫 Child Policy: Children must not sit on your lap during your appointment. This is not safe, very distracting, and will extend the appointment time.
