Terms & Conditions Appointments All appointments are strictly by booking only. Please arrive on time to ensure the full duration of your service. Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time or rescheduling. Cancellations & Rescheduling A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur a fee of 50% of the service. No-shows will be charged 100% of the booked treatment. Brow Preparation Please avoid applying self-tan or tanning mist to the face and brow area for at least 5–7 days prior to your appointment. Fresh tan can interfere with colour development and may result in unwanted staining. If fresh tan is present, the appointment will be rescheduled. Patch Testing Patch testing is required for new clients booking tinting, lamination or lash lift treatments at least 24–48 hours prior to the appointment. Realism Brow (Microblading) All Realism Brow treatments require prior consultation and approval before booking. Results vary depending on skin type, lifestyle and aftercare. A follow-up appointment is required to perfect the result. Health & Suitability Please inform the studio of any medical conditions, pregnancy, skin sensitivities or medications prior to your appointment. Certain treatments may not be suitable in some circumstances. Silent Appointments If you select a Silent Appointment, your treatment will be carried out in a calm, quiet environment without conversation. Right to Refuse Service The studio reserves the right to refuse or discontinue a service if it is deemed unsafe or unsuitable.
