Xeniya Beauty

1. R200 deposit secures your booking. If your booking is less than R200, full payment is required to secure appointment. Deposit is non-refundable. I do not do refunds.

2. No deposit = no booking. Deposit needs to be paid within 24 hours of booking the appointment. Proof of payment NEEDS to be sent via WhatsApp. Thereafter it will be cancelled and you will have to start the booking process again.

 3. I do not take instant money vouchers. Deposits and balances should be paid via cash/EFT. Balances paid via EFT need to be IMMEDIATE payments.

4. Please let me know if you are running late. There is only a 15 minute grace period of being late. Thereafter your booking will be cancelled and deposit forfeited. 

5. Rescheduling/cancelling in less than 24 hours will result in a forfeited deposit. 

6. No shows will result in a forfeited deposit. 

7. Combos are to be done on the same day, doing them on separate days is not permitted. You will have to pay for the treatments separately. 

8. If you cancel one service from a multiple-service appointment, you will be required to pay the full price for the cancelled service, as this time slot could have been allocated to another client.

9. Nail repairs are free between 1 - 7 days of your appointment. Thereafter they will be charged for accordingly

10. Please be aware that parking on our premises is at your own risk. We are not liable for any accidents, damage, or loss to vehicles or property.

11. Xeniya Beauty reserves the right to deny admission or service to anyone who fails to comply with our policies.

 I have very delicate nails and not a lot of people have the patience for that which has put me off doing my nails as often as I would like, but Samke was so gentle which made me want to do my nails regularly.   

Everything is done professionally, with a strong focus on hygiene. She is knowledgeable, truly talented, creative and attention to detail. 

Obsessed is an understatement.! Samke did the most with this valentine's set👌🏾.
