Hey girlies! Please read this through very carefully🩷 Policies: 1. If you want a design or french please book the appropriate selection when booking online. And don’t forget to attach photos. Or if you know what you’re doing please send me a photo on a DM. 2. If you have more than 3 broken nails please inform the studio before your appointment so I can arrange the time. 3. If the customer is late 15 min or more (without notice) the appointment will automatically be cancelled, and there will be a charge equal to half of the price of the appointment. 4. If there is a 2-time cancellation in a row, please note that on your 3rd booking, you will need to pay a deposit. If you must cancel your appointment, please give at least 24 hours notice! (Exceptions for emergencies we are human and things happen)!! Failing to notice within 24hrs there will be a cancellation fee equal to the price of your appointment. Our time is precious! 5. No shows will also be charged the price of the appointment. For future appointments we will require 100% of the payment upfront. Thank you for understanding 🩷
