Please note that as I am home-based, there is no waiting area and clients are asked to attend alone or with 1 other person Mobile Appointments Please message before hand to book a mobile appointment Deposit A 50% non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required to secure all bookings. Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit has been received. The remaining balance must be paid on the day of your appointment. Cancelation A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for any cancellations or changes. I understand that things can happen in life, which is why I do not charge the full appointment amount for cancellations. However, I kindly ask that you message me as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Please note that the deposit remains non-refundable.
