Tuff Detail Service requires clients to pay a non-refundable platform fee at the time of booking.

We appreciate your business and value you as a customer. To ensure transparency and satisfaction, please note our policy regarding refunds.

All sales made are considered final. We do not offer refunds or returns for services purchased through our website, in-store, or via any other method, unless otherwise specified here.

The only exceptions to this policy are the following situations:

We are unable to service your vehicle on your scheduled date due to unfortunate circumstances on our behalf. 

While we do not offer refunds, we are happy to reschedule your appointment to a different day and time that works with your availability. 

We provide detailed descriptions and customer support to assist you with any questions you may have prior to your purchase.

From start to finish, Mel and his company did a great job. He was very easy to reach and deal with, he called after our service to make sure that everything was OK. Tuff Detailing did a fantastic job! I did the 3-hour service and was really impressed. The interior looks phenomenal. It looks as if it was never dirty. They tackled some tough spots with real attention to detail. The exterior paint on my white Jeep looks shiny and clean, and the tires came out great too. Great value and super effective. Tuff Detail Service did a phenomenal job making my car look brand new again! After multiple trips to the mechanic shop the interior and exterior of my car was covered in dirt and grime. Tuff Detail removed all of the tough stains and days later my car is still in beautiful sparkling condition. I cannot recommend this service enough. Outstanding always. I work 3rd shift. I wanted to drop my car off after I get off at 7am. The owner met me at his shop and I was able drop my keys off to him and go home and sleep until it was time pick up my car later that day. I will remain a loyal customer.

Incredible detail in cleaning the interior of my car. I paid for the add-on pet hair removal and I'm astonished that they were able to get every piece of hair off of my seats. I tried everything to get the hair removed and they did it in 90 mins. I'm definitely going to use their detailing service again. 

The best service I’ve had by far. The crew members. I booked them for my car they showed up right on time ready with their cleaning tools. They took their time and the results were amazing.  I was so happy that I booked them again for my husbands car. 

Did an interior detail on my Acura MDX. Did a very nice job. Detailers were professional and very friendly. There was a late arrival due to unforeseen circumstances but I was communicated with and kept informed through out. Would definitely use again. Thanks

On line booking was simple. Response was prompt. They called 1/2 hour before appointment to let us know they would be here on time. 3 gentlemen swarmed over my car and cleaned it to perfection inside and out. Then they watched to make sure I inspected every nook and cranny and was satisfied. I will use them in the future!!!!

This place is the best!  Much cheaper than any other place by half.  The car was immaculate and I am very pleased wit h the result.  I am thinking of doing this annually as such an excellent job was done.
