POLICIES & TERMS ✨ TRAVEL FEE A $35 travel fee applies, as we are a home-based salon offering mobile convenience. ✨ LATE ARRIVALS We allow a 15-minute grace period. • 20+ minutes late: $15 fee • 30+ minutes: Appointment may be cancelled unless grace time is approved ✨ CANCELLATIONS Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. Last-minute cancellations affect scheduling for everyone. ✨ NO CALL - NO SHOWS No communication = no refund. After 2 missed appointments, you’ll be restricted from future bookings. ✨ ADDRESSING Address will be sent to clients 4 hours before appointment. (If not gotten address please to remind me to send it to you) ✨ HAIR PREP • Hair must be clean and product-free (no oils) • Wash service available for $15 • You may bring your own products if preferred ✨ DEPOSIT A $25 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.
