Downpayment & Refund Policy A downpayment is required to secure your booking. This downpayment is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including cancellations due to personal reasons or failure to comply with travel requirements — unless otherwise arranged with Trivana Travel and Tours. In cases where the tour is cancelled due to unforeseen weather conditions, guests are entitled to either a full refund or the option to reschedule their trip. No Show Policy In the event of a no show (guest does not arrive or participate in the tour), no refund will be issued. Reserved services are non-transferable and considered forfeited. Final Payment The remaining balance may be settled by: Paying directly to Trivana Travel and Tours prior to the tour, or Settling the amount with the tour guide during the tour. If your package includes accommodation, a downpayment of 40% of the total package cost will be required in accordance with hotel’s policy. If conditions are not met, Travel and Tours reserves the right to cancel the hotel booking. The agency will not be held liable for any cancellations or unavailability caused by late or no payments. Hotel Substitution Policy If package included accommodation, Trivana Travel and Tours reserves the right to change the hotel or accommodation to another of similar category and quality in case of overbooking, unforeseen events, or hotel operational issues. Changes and Rebooking Requests for schedule changes or rebooking are subject to availability and must be made at least 48 HOURS before the scheduled trip. Additional fees may apply. Force Majeure Trivana Travel and Tours shall not be held liable for delays or cancellations caused by weather conditions, government restrictions, natural calamities, or other uncontrollable events. Health and Safety Compliance Guests are required to follow local health and safety protocols. Failure to comply may result in cancellation of services without refund.
