Salon Policies & Terms To ensure every client receives the best possible experience, please take a moment to review the following policies. Your time and mine are both valuable, and these guidelines help keep everything running smoothly. Cancellations & Rescheduling Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee. Late Arrivals If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, I may need to modify or reschedule your service to avoid overlapping with other clients. Excessive tardiness may result in a cancellation fee or being marked as a no-show. No-Shows If you miss your appointment without notice, you will be required to pay a no-show fee before rebooking. Repeat no-shows may result in denial of future services. Deposits A deposit may be required for color services, longer appointments, or new clients. Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or do not show up for your appointment. Payment Methods Cash is preferred, but I also accept card, Zelle, Cash App, Apple Pay, and Venmo. Please note that card payments may include a small processing fee.
