First of all with two Hearing Dog for the Deaf trainees (one of whom could be ‘challenging’ on occasions) and now with our own pup, a Show Cocker Spaniel. Our own pup has been quite nervous at the groomers and it’s taken three puppy introductory sessions to get him confident enough to finally have a trim. Abi has shown lots of patience and understanding towards Jango - highly recommended by us.”
