‼️Appointments must be booked 24 hours in advanced to be accepted. Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before start time. No Call / No Show Policy: A “no call, no show” is defined as a client’s failure to attend a scheduled appointment without providing prior notice. In such instances, the client will be responsible for payment of the full service fee for the missed appointment. No future appointments may be scheduled or booked until the outstanding balance is paid in full. Failure to remit payment will result in the suspension of all booking privileges until the balance is resolved.‼️
