MOBILE SERVICE POLICIES Please read entirety: -Mobile appointments are to be booked 4-7 days prior to desired day via booking website or directly messaging Nail Maid via email or text (no phone calls). No guarantees made for appointments booked less than 4 days. -A minimum of $40 service (minus travel fee) is required to book within 10 mile radius of nail studio, $50-65 service minimum (minus travel fee) for services located 11-15 miles away, $70-$80 service minimum for services located 16-20 miles away, and $100-$150 service minimum (minus travel fee) for services located 21+ miles away (up to 30 miles). Travel fee not included in service prices. -A text message and/or email will be sent to the contact info provided to let you know your appointment has been recieved. Please check email for important info. THIS IS NOT A CONFIRMATION OF APPOINTMENT. -A 50% deposit is required to book mobile appointments via CashApp, Zelle, Venmo. This will go towards service total. Credit card payment is also available with additional 3.5% processing fee. -You will be informed of how deposit can be made via text and/or email. -Reminder/confirmation message will be sent out once deposit has been received. -Please allow us a 48 HOUR notice of any cancellation. A lot of time goes into prepping for our mobile appointments. Failure to do so can result in full or partial forfeit of deposit. New rescheduled appointment will be made at discretion of technician. -Party packages are available for a minimum of 5 people/party. Host of party gets 25% off any nail service. Host must receive a nail service for discount to apply, no transfer of discount.
