If your preferred time slot is unavailable, contact us directly; earlier or later appointments may be arranged. For the health and safety of all, please reschedule if you feel unwell or exhibit symptoms such as fever, cough, or sneezing. Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 12 hours before the appointment. Kindly confirm your appointment time by replying via text, and we reserve the right to amend policies as needed. A reasonable grace period may be offered where possible, but late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or rescheduling at the business’s discretion. Payment is due at the time of service and accepted payment methods may vary. Clients must provide and disclose relevant allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to their appointment. Clients should arrive alone unless prior arrangements have been made with the business. No refunds are issued once a service has been completed.
