“Ist time taking my puppy Ted to have a groom with Shannon. From the start she was so welcoming with Ted. She let him get to know her at his level and introduced him to some toys. I explaied what I wanted and she did a fab job. I have booked again as Ted was relaxed and thats what its about. Thank u Sannon”
