The Hound Lounge 

Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before start time, (a late cancellation fee may apply)

Clients should arrive at their scheduled time, we will not be able to groom your dog if you are more than 10 minutes late as we won’t be able to complete the groom in the given Time slot.

Clients  will be sent a text or we will call  you about 15-20mins before your dog is ready to be collected,
(Please also note that we can only hold your dog for 30 minutes after their groom as we do not have the capacity to hold multiple dogs at a time, there will be an additional 5€ charge for every 15 minutes after that) 

If a Client fails to show up to an appointment there will be a fee of half the price of the total cost of the groom , which would be paid at your next appointment should you reschedule.

This is the third time ‘Hiro’ has been and had an amazing job done. He is always happy going in and the work is both precise and really well finished. He is indeed a ‘very distinguished gentleman’ with his new summer cut when I picked him up.

Henri, our Tibetan Terrier is groomed every 6 weeks by Julia at The Hound Lounge.  When he enters the Salon he happily walks  with Julia to her grooming station.  He’s always calm  as indeed are all of the other dogs in the Salon. Julia  always does a super job and  we have no hesitation in unreservedly recommending The Hound Lounge.

Cooper went in a very shaggy Old English Sheepdog and came out a handsome boy. They did a great job with him even though we let him go a bit too long and he had some matting on him.

Our puppy Bailey came in for his first shampoo and trim.  Becky was looking after him and she was very nice, put me at ease as I was a bit nervous myself! She took time to listen. We will come back in a few weeks for his first real grooming session. Would recommend this service.

The hound lounge are brilliant. I've been taking my border collie Maisy for months. She always clean, delighted to come out and show off! Now when we pull up she is excited to see Becky and runs in. I couldn't ask for better and they always take such good care of her. Thank you 😊

Fabulous job Archie looks amazing thanks so much will defo be back for his next grooming.

What a great experience from the ease of booking to the grooming itself.  My Bernese is quite nervous but also quite stubborn.  The team really look after her and her groom is immaculate.  She’s never traumatised coming out.  Even though she’s not a fan of the dryers, they work in the back with her to calm her.  It’s absolutely brilliant and since coming to The Hound Lounge, I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else.

Our big bernadoodle Mavis is always so well looked after at The Hound Lounge.  The always do such a good job!
