Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 72 hours before start time.

Cancellations less than 24 hours before appointment will occur a 50% charge. 

No shows will incur 100% of treatment cost.

You agree to these terms upon booking.

What a truly amazing experience. Kate chatted through a few options. Kate’s attention to detail was unreal, knew exactly what I wanted. Kate was happy to answer   any questions I had and also advised on shape and colour match and went through aftercare .  Beautiful space and very relaxing great experience and look forward to my maintenance appointment.
