***PLEASE READ ALL INFORMATIONS & POLICIES BELOW BEFORE BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENT***

Thai is taking new lash clients occasionally. Please text me at (316) 882-9398 to schedule if you're new clients. 

DEPOSIT POLICY ••• A Non-Refundable/Non-Transferable deposit is required to secure your appointments. The deposit will be applied toward the procedure fees on the day of your appointment.
 CONFIRMATION & REMINDER  ••• As a courtesy, we will send you a text CONFIRMATION instantly prior to appointment, an email/text REMINDER 2 days prior to appointment. However, if we are unable to reach you, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, misses appointments and the cancellation fee. 
CANCELLATIONS/NO SHOWS ••• We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 2 days before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee/ lose the deposit.  ••• Keep in mind that when you forget to cancel your appointment. We can not fill that slot and clients on the waiting list miss the opportunity to take services.  ••• You must arrive NO LATER THAN 15 MINUTES from your schedule appointment time. After 15 minutes, your appointment will be considered as "NO SHOW" and result in forfeiture of your booking fee. 
RESCHEDULING POLICY ••• Reschedule can be done once. If you must reschedule, please allow at least 2 days of advance notice. Anything within that 2 days before your schedule appointment, you will not be able to reschedule and your deposit will be forfeited. A new deposit will be required to make an appointment.
 HOW TO RESCHEDULE ••• You may reschedule your appoitnment via online booking or you can contact by phone at 316-882-9398.
 NO GUEST POLICY ••• Please refrain from bringing guests with you to your appoinment due to cross contamination and interruption. The Studio is small and does not allow for extra people not getting services.  ••• In case you need to translate for a family member, please let me know before your appoinment.
 TOUCH UPS POLICY  ••• All touch ups are done only for EXISTING CLIENTS ONLY. If you book this service and are not existing clients, you will be charged a new set of Brows Fee.  
CORRECTION POLICY ••• For all previous work done by another artist (Tattooed or microbladed,...), please send CLEAR photos of your bare brows to 316-882-9398. 
There are some previous work that cannot be corrected so please make sure you send a photo of your brows prior to your appointment to avoid being cancelled!   THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR UNDERSTANDING.

By booking an appointment with Thai Lashes & Brows, you have read all information at front page and agree to our policy that deposits are non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show. However, if you reschedule your appointment using the link provided 48 hours before your appointment, your deposit will be automatically transferred to your rescheduled booking.
