Here’s a quick rundown of my tattoo appointment policy details: •I DO NOT TATTOO ANYONE UNDER 18 •I DO NOT TATTOO TRUMP SUPPORTERS, RACISTS OR HOMOPHOBES • I do not tattoo the inside the mouth, cosmetic tattoos (except freckles), realism, couple names, or hate tattoos. Booking~ Once your design is ready and approved, I’ll send you a link to book your appointment online. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your slot. Deposit~ A non-refundable deposit (50%, $50 minimum) is required to hold your spot and covers design and drawing time and will be applied to the total price of the tattoo. I accept card payments for deposits. Health~ If you’re sick or unwell, please reschedule. If you have any health issues that could affect the tattoo procedure and healing, please let me know. Showing up sick or sunburnt will result in a reschedule. Cancellation/Rescheduling~ Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE if appointment is canceled. Reschedules happen I get it. Even I have to reschedule sometimes. So we both get one free reschedule, no matter how last minute. After that each reschedule will cost $50. Each time you reschedule you must pay a $50 reschedule fee. Each time I reschedule I will credit $50 towards your tattoo. Arrival~ Please be on time. I have a 30-minute grace period, but after that, your session may be shortened or rescheduled. Please bring a valid ID. WV state law and health department requires a valid PHOTO ID present and on paperwork every appointment to confirm age of client. Failure to bring your ID will result in a reschedule. Design Creation~ After the consultation, I’ll create a custom tattoo based on our discussion. I won’t send designs in advance. Expect to see it at your appointment. Small tweaks can be made at that time, but major changes may result in a reschedule and a new deposit. Design Changes~ Minor changes can be made at the appointment. Major design changes must be communicated with me and approved 72 hours before your appointment. Fail to do so you will require a reschedule. If your new design is smaller and cheaper than the original, you will not receive any refund for the deposit. Payment: Full payment is due at the end of your session. I accept cash only at the appointment!
