I can’t recommend Katelyn at Tidy Tails Dog Groomers highly enough. She did an absolutely amazing job on my Bichon, Toby. From the moment we arrived, Katelyn was so kind, professional, and gentle with him, which instantly put us both at ease. Toby came home looking fantastic beautifully groomed, fluffy, and clearly very happy. You can tell Katelyn genuinely cares about the dogs she works with and takes great pride in her work. Tidy Tails is lucky to have her. I’ll definitely be back. 

I had to change my dog Buddy’s groomers as it closed down. I found Tidy Tails and this is my second time to bring Buddy.

The attention and care Buddy gets gives me peace of mind and Kayleigh grooms Buddies and does an amazing job.

From the time we walked in I knew my puppy was going to be looked after we were talked threw what was recommended for our Schnauzer to have done and given lots of tips on maintenance for his coat you could tell they really care about the Dogs and owners.. We were delighted when we picked our Puppy up and will definitely be back.....

I can’t recommend this groomers enough! My dog Molly always comes back looking and smelling amazing, and you can tell she’s really well cared for while she’s there. I’ve tried a few other groomers before, but none compare to the level of care and quality here. I was so impressed that I recommended them to my mam, and now her dog Sadie is a happy regular too. Absolutely brilliant service every time!

Teddy and Elton get groomed by Katelyn every month and they have never looked (or smelled) better. She smashes it every time. Amazing customer service and so friendly. Wouldn’t take my dogs anywhere else 🐩💕

I have to say, I have taken Ralph to different groomers, but Tidy Tails is by far the best groomers he has been to. They listen to what you want and have a great way with the Dogs as well as being friendly and helpful. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Excellent grooming for our large Golden Retriever including additional time added for removal of 2nd coat and some matting. Advice given on maintaining coat going forwards and possible ear infections brewing. George was immaculate afterwards, clean as a pin and smelled powdery fresh ❤️ great service

I wouldn't bring hutch anywhere else love the way hutch comes back to us all fresh and clean never any judgement from the girls keep you up to date with everything your dog needs always answer any questions you have and hutch seems to love going in which is a plus 🐕🐾

I left my dog in with the girls for his first ever groom I was so happy with how well he was done, he is a very nervous dog the girls handled him so well, I will be definitely back for his next groom the cleanliness of their Parlor was spotless and it’s very central and was to get to.
