-If any changes need to be made to your appointment, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance in order to avoid additional charges, if big parties such as bridal parties etc I must be informed no less than 14 days before the event. - Arriving late will cut into your appointment time and may result in your appointment being rescheduled, I will give a 10 minute period as I know sometimes running late cannot be helped,after this 10 minutes your appointment will then have to be rescheduled. - i will be taking a £10 non refundable deposit that must be paid upon booking, appointments will not be secured until this has been paid, this is for all services. -Please arrive with a clean face: no makeup etc. - all bridal bookings will now require a free sit down or phone call consultation before booking, this can also be done over the phone. -when attending your appointments I ask you bring no more than one person with you as space is limited and this can effect your appointment. - All no show appointments will be required to pay a no show fee before being booked for any future appointments (under certain circumstances i will let this slide as sometimes things happen that can’t be helped)
