“Having had a trapped nerve / shoulder pain for just over a week I booked my first appointment with sore no more - a shoulder back and neck massage booked with Rich. Rich was friendly approachable and found out about me and my issue and then tailored 45 minute session around that. Technique was great with regular check ins. I felt immediately better (not perfect yet) but will be back. ”
