If you are booking a wig install, your wig MUST be dropped off a day or two prior to the appointment for customization . NO EXCEPTIONS!! •no call no show, will lead up to you not being able to book with me again . •There is a $10 late fee after 10 minutes. Once the grace period of 15 minutes expires, and I donot hear from you, your appointment will be marked as a no show/canceled and you will be denied of entry . If I send a message asking you to confirm your appointment and I don’t recieve a response an hour before your appointment, I will not show . This is because when clients do not respond, they often do not show up. We ask that clients are %100 aware that stylists have a life outside of work . Please be mindful that things happen and if I have to cancel your appointment under any circumstances, you are able to reschedule online for any slot that is open . •After 15 mins late,appointment will be cancelled . Must arive to your appointment washed,blow dried,oil free and detangled . -$10 detangling fee -oil is provided after service . Clients who arrive with extra product in their hair will be rejected of my service Please do not book a same day appointment without contacting me first . •i do have a no-refund policy you may get a discount on your next hairstyle or a redo . Also a no extras policy. No-one is to come with you to your appointment and sit with you . Things happen and the service may take longer than expected. ‼️I WILL NOT RUSH MY WORK UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!
