Wonderful experience.  Carolina's care for what is bothering you and precise therapy on those areas is amazing.  Yes, massages can "hurt" sometimes, but the impact your body feels afterwards is 2nd to none.  Highly recommend and plan on returning.

If I could give Carolina 10 stars, I absolutely would. She was able to get me in quickly and maintained a high level of professionalism throughout the entire session. What really stood out was her understanding of anatomy and how confidently she worked around my injuries. She identified the root cause of my pain almost immediately and made a noticeable difference in how I felt. Highly recommend her to anyone dealing with pain or recovery.

I purchased a 90 minute service to work on some issues I was having with my calves and my upper back. It has been two days since my session & both areas feel much better. Both are sore from working the knots out but I can honestly say there is a significant reduction in pain. My movement feels much more fluid and I am not feeling bound up anymore. I’m extremely picky about bodywork and this was next-level.  Carolina doesn’t just massage, she actually fixes things. She listened, figured out what was going on, and went straight to the problem areas instead of wasting time.

I came in tight and beat up and left feeling noticeably better. Not “relaxed for an hour” better. Actually improved. Looser, more mobile, and pain reduced days later.

I had my first massage a few days ago, and all I have to say is WOW!  I was dealing with some nerve pain/impingement going down the left side of my back, and as of today I no longer feel it after working with Carolina. I had a great experience with my massage. She did a great job getting out the knots in my upper back, and I left feeling great and relaxed. 

This was the best message experience I have ever experienced.. Carolina incorporated a complete body stretch into a deep tissue message..I did the hour and a half and went into almost a catatonic state.. She added some type of suction cup message tool and heated  devices that I did not expect..Best of the Best .. 10 out of 10 💪👍

I went to Carolina for a 2-hour massage, and she was incredible. She found every knot and worked them out with just the right amount of pressure, intense but never too much. I left feeling completely relaxed and so much looser. Highly recommend her if you're in need of serious bodywork! I will definitely be seeing her again.

My first session with Carolina was great! She was good at communicating and ensuring that I was comfortable the whole time. I would highly recommend her services if you’re a lifter.

“You should definitely go see her — you won’t regret it. The deep tissue massage can be a bit intense, but the results are incredible. I felt amazing afterward. Highly recommended.

Sports massages are never easy. They hurt. But as Carolina explained "would you rather hurt tonight and not sleep, or hurt now and sleep well tonight?" After a 90-minute sports massage, she was able to identify my problem areas, focus on them and I honestly feel better now than I have in awhile.   I would definitely recommend Carolina, and in fact I told her my goal is to get to a point where I can get a relaxing massage, because I know it will be amazing!

Honestly considering the amount of recover and healing and improved mobility my body has after her massages, Carolina is really doing charity work charging you broke bitches this much. Her quality of work really should should be priced 2x higher than what shes currently charging. I would normally gatekeep her and not tell yall but her talents deserve the spotlight

Best massage I've ever had! I booked for an hour and a half and it was the best decision I've made. I had a huge knot under my right shoulder blade that was giving me pain for weeks and after I got home I asked my bf to touch the area and he said it's completely flat, it used to look and feel swollen but now the pain is gone and the surface area is flat! I never had that with my previous massages. 10/10 would recommend. If you workout, and even if you don't, book with Carolina!!!
