The remaining balance is due on your appointment day. Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to keep your deposit. 📦 Hair Drop-Offs Customization or revamp wigs: Drop 3 days before installation. Styling, wig wash, curling, straightening, or removal: Drop 2 days before installation. Include a note with your full name and appointment details. Wigs must be completely dry - wet wigs will not be accepted. 📆 Appointments No plus ones are allowed during appointments because we don’t have enough space at the studio. Arrive on time - late arrivals over 15 minutes may result in cancellation. Arrive with clean, flat blow-dried hair, cornrows/ wig lines . Failure to do so may result in automatic cancellation. ⏰ Late Policy 10–15 minutes late: grace period 20+ minutes late: Appointment may be cancelled, and the deposit forfeited. If you choose to reschedule (only within the same week) or cancel, a 24 hour notice is required and your deposit is refundable. You are only able to reschedule within the same week without paying another deposit. 💰 Wig Rental Terms Confirm wig availability before booking. Request the rental policy booklet via WhatsApp before securing your appointment. Bridal rentals have a different pricing structure and policies. 💇‍♀️ Lace Requirement Policy Only high-quality human hair lace wigs are accepted for installation. Lace must be clean, free of glue residue, makeup, or product build-up before drop-off or your appointment. For lace wash or styling services, wigs must be dropped off 2 days before your scheduled installation date. For customization, wigs must also be dropped off 3 days before installation. HD lace or transparent lace is recommended for the best melt results. Old or damaged lace (holes, tears, excessive shedding) may result in an additional fee or refusal of service. If you’re unsure about your lace quality, send us a photo on WhatsApp before booking to confirm suitability. 🚩 Complaints Raise any concerns within 24 hours of your appointment. Once you leave the studio, NHair is not liable for lost or damaged wigs.
